~Sun-Dried Tomato & Feta Potato Salad~

Boil 8 Red Potatoes (unpeeled, scrubbed, and cubed)

Place in ceramic bowl. Let cool

Drizzle 1/2 cup of Sun-Dried Tomato & Roasted Garlic Dip Oil over potatoes

Top with 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese

Mix well. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Chill before serving
